We categorize your calorie intake needs into four categories:

  • 1600kcal
  • 1900kcal
  • 2300kcal
  • 2700kcal

The macronutrients are split as follows:

  • 40% carbohydrates
  • 30% proteins
  • 30% fats

If you exercise a lot, your percentage of protein will be higher. We calculate this during your registration for your trial week.

How works the trial week


What do we eat?

We work with varied seasonal products, which we buy fresh from our local suppliers for each delivery. So every week, the menu is a healthy surprise! Some examples are:

  • Dutch white asparagus soup with roasted potato, egg and chive topping
  • Quinoa and kale powerfood salad with chicken, corn and coconut vinaigrette
  • Healthy chef poke bowl with surimi, sweet and sour cucumber, crunchy shallot and seaweed mayonnaise
  • BBQ pulled chicken salad with roasted red onions, sweet potato and little gem
  • Pumpkin shoarma wrap with pickled vegetables, yoghurt and fresh green herb dip
  • Watermelon salad with bulgur, cherry tomato, cucumber, capers, feta, mint and balsamic vinegar
